Yes, I have seen it and my reaction was "What a pretty picture. The UK as it should be when we have snow during Winter. Ha ha ha! Looks like the people of Ireland aren't doing much sledging or snowman building.".

ReplyDeleteIt would be odder if it were the other way round. It happens to be winter in Britain and summer in Australia.
ReplyDeleteIf you think about it it's only roads that get cleared of snow and most of the ground isn't road so from the air it's bound to look all white like that.
