Borough Market is set beneath the railway viaducts between the river Thames and Borough High Street in South East London. It sprawls around an atmospheric series of mazy streets and walkways and as well as the labyrinthine central area there are two more self contained markets.The Market is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with Saturday being the busiest day. It's a great place to find a great variety of fruit,vegetables and other products nor readily available t your local supermarket. It's a great place to chill and mingle on a saturday, before walk down the bank of the River Thames to find a pub and have a drink.
